During the team coaching process, I analyze how the team functions, and expose both the areas in which the problems lie, as well as those offering opportunities. The goal is to enable the team to solve the problems themselves, and to make the most of the opportunities. Working on the basis of the coaching problem, the ultimate objective is to improve the team's cooperation and results in the specific areas which emerge during the intake interview. As a team coach, I always use the right method at the right time so that the team continues to develop, even after the coaching process has ended. |
