Everyone with a need for coaching is welcome; I coach people within their work environment as well as outside of it.

During the coaching meetings, I create a learning environment which will stimulate you to reflect and become aware, to get in touch with your core quality, and to be focused in overcoming obstacles. The heart of this is improving your skills in the long term, both within the work context and outside of it, and the starting point is your coaching question. I draw on various theories and methods, depending on which of these fit within the project.
