Interaction and Workflows Workshop
For whom?
Creating a better, more pleasant work environment is desirable, as is an inspirational form of interaction between the various co-workers and the associated work flows.
Key points
1. Communicate as openly as possible about strategy and operations, ask everyone for their input.
2. Giving substantiated support and tips (feedback) to one another on the work floor.
3. Take as much advantage as possible of co-workers' talents in every area instead of pigeonholing them. Stimulate development!
4. Good management gives both individual employees as well as the team as much room as possible for coming up with solutions on their own.
"Feedback is the breakfast of champions."
(management expert Kenneth Blanchard)
